Ordering and Payment

Ordering: All orders are on a first come first serve basis, and are subject to prior sale. Orders will be cancelled if payment or notice of payment is not received within 7 days of purchase.

Requests to hold certain products cannot be accepted out of fairness to all our customers.  We make every effort to respond to calls and email in a timely manner, but recommend that you take advantage of our online ordering system and email notification service whenever possible.

Domestic Customer Payment: We accept PayPal, personal checks, USPS Money Orders, cashier checks and Bank Wire Transfers in U.S. funds made out to Steve Hughes/Shelton Pacific. (please contact us at time of order for bank wire instructions) Sales within the state of Washington will be charged sales tax. For Pay Pal transactions note that we DO NOT ship to unverified or unconfirmed Pay Pal accounts/addresses. Please likewise note that purchases paid by check or money order will not be shipped until funds have been received and cleared our bank unless we know you or, in our judgment, have sufficient references with which we are familiar. If payment method is by check or money order, the payment must be received within 7 days of the order date. If not received we will attempt to contact the purchaser. If no arrangements or contact is made the order will be cancelled after 14 days.

International Customers Payment: We have found that payment through PayPal or by credit card are the least difficult to complete a purchase.

A Customs Declaration is always prepared for international orders. It is the buyer's responsibility to know the cost of importing and any taxes required for an order from Shelton Pacific.

Please be aware that if you choose bank wire transfer of funds as a method for payment there is a bank charge of $10US for our bank to accept the transfer. This charge is the purchaser’s responsibility so please contact us by e-mail at sitkastephd@comcast.net or by phone at 253-653-8742 ,Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Pacific Standard or Daylight Time, to discuss this charge.

Hours of Operation: Our hours are Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Pacific Standard or Daylight Time, and 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon Pacific Standard or Daylight Time on Saturday. Our facility is closed on Sunday and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
